Florida Sea Grant is a key player in UF/IFAS’s Natural Resources Leadership Institute (NRLI), a conflict management training program for natural resource professionals in the state of Florida. Sea Grant alum design the program’s classes and identify conflict cases related to the state’s coastal systems. NRLI is an 8-month program with an impressive alumni network over 400 strong.
