Thank you for your interest in providing Florida Sea Grant (“FSG”, “we”, “us”) with your User Generated Content (“UGC”). Please review the terms below to help you determine if you would like to grant us permission to use your UGC. 

“UGC” refers to the photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, sound recordings, video, audio-video clips, and other material that you upload to this form via the button below. 

We do not claim any ownership in the UGC. However, by agreeing to these terms you are granting us a worldwide, perpetual, license to use or modify your UGC in any and all media without obtaining additional consent, and without compensating you in any way. 

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have all rights necessary to grant the licenses granted herein, including but not limited to the rights of publicity and privacy for any person featured in the UGC and the copyright and photographic rights in the UGC. 

Additionally, if parental permission is required to utilize the UGC, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant such permission and hereby do so. 

I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent to FSG’s use of the UGC for any legal purpose. 

I waive any right to be paid for use of the UGC or to object to the use of the UGC for any purpose. FSG may edit, crop, retouch, or otherwise alter the UGC. All intellectual property rights that are associated with the UGC are the sole property of FSG.
